Chris joined Sub4 Development in November 2024 as an Assistant Superintendent and quickly earned the role of Lead Superintendent for the Arizona team. A construction professional with 20 years of experience, he began his career as a journeyman electrician in Washington and, after relocating to Arizona 12 years ago, worked as a general contractor for single-family homes across the valley. His broad background includes underground work, remodels, and new builds, giving him a practical, hands-on approach to project delivery.
Chris lives in Buckeye, Arizona with his wife Miranda, daughter Carsen, and sons Tucker and Wyatt. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time at the lake and camping in the mountains with family and friends.
